As it was with the sinner in 1 Corinthians, hopefully this priestly action will precipitate repentance on the part of Nancy Pelosi. It is a ministerial action (the priest) of removing the unleavened bread (Pelosi's identified sin) from the sacramental liturgy as well as an act of love towards one another to not edify or ignore a Christian's well known sinful identity. The one-off act of sin is not on display here, but rather a person whose identity revolves around a sinful construct (in this case abortion advocacy).
