It’s a small meat market in town ….They call it a Presidential Roast…or a Tip Roast ,I believe. But I’ve been buying them there for 30 years now…and the NEVAH Had a bad one. And it melts in your mouth. I cook it on a Weber Gas Grill with the Rotisserie. With the new Bidenomics they have raised the price to 7.99 lb…..but have a sale on it quite often at 5.99.
