That looks good, what cut of beef is that? $5.99? It’s a small meat market in town ….They call it a Presidential Roast…or a Tip Roast ,I believe. But I’ve been buying them there for 30 years now…and the NEVAH Had a bad one. And it melts in your mouth. I cook it on a Weber Gas Grill with the Rotisserie. With the new Bidenomics they have raised the price to 7.99 lb…..but have a sale on it quite often at 5.99.

Looks real good, need to try those fiddle heads sometime. They have a very buttery texture on the tongue….I wish they were around all the time. But it’s a short season on them…and now is the time to gouge on them….Cuz in 3-4 weeks they are gone ,until next May

Looks good Nessie, we had roast beef sandwiches smothered in gravy and fries.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.
