my son pickled 10 quarts last weekend. i think he uses a plain-jane dill pickle recipe for the brine. add peppers and onion slices to taste.

don't think I have tried that , I am a little ways out I planted asparagus about a month ago and I now have 6 little chutes up

got to take care of it this year and maybe pick a little next year till it really takes hold

Do a search, there's a lot of recipes out there.
I just use Mrs. Wages for pickles, there's a lot of different ones.
