Can anybody help with this belt? It's a woods f25l mowing machine with six pulleys. I can't find a diagram and I've been trying every way I can. I think the belt is about a foot too long! Lol. Thanks for any help.

Seems like it should go this way without all the slack? I would swear it don't fit but it was on it? I hate all lawn mowers.

I cant tell which way that tensioner pulley goes. Belt may go on the other side. This is my best guess. Get some some trot line cord and run around it. Measure the cord so you know how long of a belt to get.

Can't tell from the pics but make sure you have the "v" belt on the drive pulleys and the flat side of the belt on the idler pulleys.

Would the extra slack be for attaching to the drive pulley?

I'll try these. I'm positive it's the right belt. I was cutting with it when it jumped off when I hit a dog toy tire.

Still too much slack to go somewhere? Closer than I had it.

That's not exactly like your drawing but it's too long either way. Also both ways puts the v side to an idler pulley as bushmaster cautioned.

You didn't do it like the diagram. You need to go around the two pulleys at the bottom then the one in the left middle.

My grandad made this to hook on the spring tensioner pulley with hook end and hook the loop around one of the support wheel posts on a woods rm 990. Works slick. Show us the solution when u get it, good luck

Google the make and model size of your mower. I’ve found you get see the exploded veil and have no problems

Joco, I use the winch on my quad to pull the spring-loaded pulley on my mower....Cub Cadet RZT54. Don't have the hand/arm strength anymore...

Only one tensioner and one idler.....and one belt.

I'm late to the party as usual. I was going to say you didn't have enough wrap on the v pulleys that go to the blades. Had an old combine with the chain pattern scratched on an idler arm.
