Tray OP "Wilson Jr." T Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 689 SD	Came across this awesome duck today and he was super photogenic. I’ve only seen a handful of them in my life and unlike the hybrid I photographed earlier this spring this bird appears to be a purebred.

Wanna Be trapper W Joined: May 2018 Posts: 10,909 SW Georgia	Beautiful bird! Only seen two in my life. One in Arizona while turkey hunting. The other a few weeks ago in Washington turkey hunting. The ones in Washington were just swimming in a ditch next to some wetlands in the valley. A long dip net and I probably could’ve caught the pair! Teal are my favorites…hunting and eating!

Thank for the excellent pictures. Wish I was still young enough to spend that much time in the wetlands admiring our wetland birds. At my age it’s spotting scope or binocs from a state or federal roadway. Enjoy all you can I did.

What camera were you using? Mark, My camera is a Nikon D500 and lens is a Sigma 150-600. Good equipment does really help.
