well I actually agree in about 1/4 of all mass shooting's the single most common rifle in the nation is used.

that would be a little like saying brand X car is the most common car in the US and it is what is being driven in 25% of all DUI arrests

There is plenty of data to show young people aren't fully mature. Note that under 25 can't rent an auto. I assume that's an insurance issue. However, hard to deny someone something if they are old enough to put their life on the line in the military!!
