So the rear shocks on the 2015 Silveraydo have 160,000 miles on them and for some strange reason the back end is a little bit bouncy now. I've priced new shocks and it's scary. Where have y'all found a decent price on shocks?

I've bought parts from carparts.com You can type in your specific vehicle information, then search for the parts you need.

Not sure where to say cheapest is, but my son has a 2018 Silverado and both front wheel bearings need replaced. He hasn’t checked around other then Napa and they want 275 for premium and 219 for the value ones with a one year warranty. Not sure how many miles his has but bet it’s around 70 to 80 thousand miles I bet. Yep, I replaced the front hub assemblies a year ago or more. No such thing as replacing wheel bearings anymore.

They ain't cheap or getting cheaper. I just replaced them on my Silverado at 255k. But, what are the options? Buy an electric vehicle? The price of auto parts seems to be going up, reflecting the shortages of new and used cars. Soon, our highways will be resembling Cuba with antique cars with patchy fixes.

KB, Bilstein, rancho all make good shocks for trucks. I haven't had good luck with Monroes, Ive replaced too many that started leaking within a year. As far as pricing, Amazon and tockauto are cheap. Dang it I wish I knew that. My Kb's lasted nearly 2 years
