well something I didn't really expect happened , I lost enough weight that appendix carry became a viable option.
who else appendix carries?
do you have a preferred holster for appendix
I have 2 that are working one I made and one I bought
what features do you like in your appendix carry holster
it is almost amazing what a t-shirt will cover in appendix

I like appendix carry but I can't always pull it off. I'm also weird that I sorta appendix carry but on my left side quite a bit... Kind of a cross draw thing. Probably not super tactically advantageous, but it's comfortable enough to keep me carrying.
Never found a holster that I've been 100% happy with. Need to shop around more.

I thought this was going to be a medical thread!! Was wondering why anyone would want to carry their appendix!!! LOL oh I haven't been carrying mine since the 3rd grade but it really never opened up much space

T-rex arms makes a really good one called the side car. Black smith tactical makes good appendix carry holsters too. Don't skimp on your holster. Ulticlip makes a really cool add on for IWB holsters that allows you to carry while wearing basketball shorts or sweat pants. Neo mag also makes a small magnet with a pocket knife like clip that holds a mag in your pocket to be easily indexed. Hope this info helps!

Sticky holsters are awesome for comfort. My 2nd choice is the bravo concealment torsion. It keeps the handgrip from printing like straight holsters. I wear those with G43x.

I have too much Hootsbaah ...to be carrying a gun like that.

Appendix carry is the most comfortable and concealable for me. I carry my Sig P365X is a Vedder LightTuck with the claw. It's very comfortable most of the time and I usually forget it's there.
It does jab my groin occasionally. I wish I would have gotten the 365 XL for that little bit of extra barrel length and have thought about adding a "swell" to the the muzzle end of the holster. I've actually made one but haven't added it yet.
Mostly it jabs/irritates after a terrific meal...
The clip is built so you can tuck your shirt behind it, a very nice feature.

Holster schmolster.....stick it in your waistband with your shirt tucked behind it In all seriousness... congrats on losing the weight and being able to have more options. I knew a guy who did that but he used this https://rcsgear.com/vanguard-2-lanyard-kitwith a clipdraw https://www.glockstore.com/ClipDraw?quantity=1&color=1I am carrying a G19 not that I trust safeties any way holster then insert in waistband a freind who got me started making my own holsters is a big fan of these rubber straps with the directional snap for attaching IWB holsters , it can't pull out when you draw like some clips , it is soft and flexible and moves with you better. this is what I am running right now , I am contemplating a taller sweat shield on the next one but not sure it needs it , I am preferring this one to the one I have with a clip that rides a bit higher

The one in my post above doesn't show the claw. Here is a picture of mine.

Never heard of it before! I prefer a RH Crossdraw, which is much the same, but doesn't interfere\ with my slowly dissapering belly, I've lost 35 lbs so far.
