No one should be working through a temp agency for 4.5 years! If they are, they have no one but himself to blame. You make your own misery and then troll for sympathy. If you really work so hard as you claim, I'm sure you would have permanent employment if you actually wanted it.

Forget the temp agency coonman, they're just eating away at YOUR bottom line. Put that money back in your pocket where it belongs and get hired on somewhere full-time, NOT through some hiring agency.

We are the wrong persons to be discussing this issue with. If you indeed have worked hours and not got paid contact the SSA administration and your department of labor and human services. Firms or individuals that don't pay in their SSI and Medicare payments for work completed can get in serious trouble and quickly. If you have documentation then to me that is your best bet. If you don't have documentation and records you won't get much accomplished.

I'm thinking some machine that I was working on might have some sort of major expensive breakdown if my employer was stealing from me and wouldn't make it right. Then I'd quit and get another job. Everyone is trying to hire right now.

They are trying to get you to quit.

Go get 'em Coonman!!!!

McDonald's in Iowa is starting at 15 dollars a hour. And probably has better benefits than you are getting Dave. Lol

Be careful Dave, Social Security has a maximum amount of $$$ you can make in any one year, if you apply before full retirement age (66y+4months), where you start losing additional benefits on top of the hit you will take retiring early. At $15/hour for half a year (1000 hours) and another pt job you are probably close to that number this year already.

I don't believe Dave is going to retire early. Just my 2 cents. He doesn't have enough money to retire.

It's usually half on the ones my wife's employer hires, she is operations manager. Same company Sedona. If Dave makes $14 they get $7 so they are charging $21 to the company Dave works for and that's who writes his check.

I get it Dave. Its a constant struggle. How are your boots doin? The way I see it Dave if you go down to the senior center you could get a free meal or two. That could offset your loss. The other thing you could do is if the boss brings a lunch you could sneak off like your goin to the can and instead go to the breakroom and chow down on his lunch. Like eatin the bosses lunch a few times should help even the score.

Coonman in my area a guy could have 15 job offers for 18-22$ an hour in less than a week or two direct hire.. Sure makes one wonder why you have not even tried to get a better different job unless you just don't want to.

I'm hoping for the best for you but only you can change your situation. If there are no jobs think of moving to where there are some better ones.
