Supposedly, there would be a chemical put into the cigarettes that would prevent this from happening. Just shows how crazy this country is getting. The difference between animals and humans is that animals would never let the dumbest ones lead the pack.

Read the article its good for a chuckle if it weren't so sadly hitting its mark. Strangely enough you could almost call the Bee's content prophecy as so much that they've printed as jest the left have taken as policy.
