It's sad for either parent to have to turn their child over to the other parent.

I was lost on the rare occasion when my ex got rhe kids. I didn't know what to do so lots of times I just ended up driving so I wouldn't have to be in the empty.house alone.

It's a good thing gas was cheaper 20 years ago.

It was so lonely and te house seemed so empty without them.

It really is. Haha yes gas much cheaper then. I've been going on short cruises still.

That's exactly why I posted that video. I honestly didn't think I'd get the reaction it got especially from men. Before i posted that video i had recently made an account & had just a few good friends on the site. So many women commented similar feelings and sympathy. A few women admitted they never thought of the dads feelings before.

I have no personal experience in single parenting , but , yeah I can relate on how hard it is when the kids are grown and start all leaving out , it gets real quiet.

having the spouse there to have each other makes it a lot easier , but it could be crazy lonely with out anyone

all mine are back in the house for the summer

a few of my uncles were in that situation they would work crazy hours all week then be 100% kids on their weekend they eventually all got re-married and found more balance

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

That’s one reason I’ve never considered divorce.

We all have feelings that can get hurt whether we admit it or not
