Folks, y'all better get ready for extremely high heating oil costs this coming winter. I just don't know how the older one will be able to afford this crap. Here's my early fill up, 3 years running. FJB 1.80 to 5.65.

Yah we can start heating in September until May so it is going to be really bad for many folks here!
It’s unbelievable all the phony Excuses jb has. He needs to man up and put things back like they were-SOON!
I hope that the long 2 week long -50f cold snaps stay away again this coming winter!

I love the smell of burning spruce---I love the sound of a spring time goose---I love the feel of 40 below---from my trapline I will never go!

I am sitting on an almost empty tank right now and wondering if I should be looking for a new furnace or putting 150-200 gallons in and going another year.
I reduced my consumption in 2007 by 2/3 when I added the wood stove to about 250 gallons a year, later further reduced last year I moved a lot of wood and went a about 130 gallons
I need to cut more wood and get more ready but I need some oil or something else for when the stove burns down so I can clean the ash out , and for when I can't be here and sleeping through the night not getting up to load the stove every few hours.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

This isn't just the one idiot. He's the spokesperson for a whole city full of idiots. D.C. is about 95% liberal.

The problem with wood is a lack of it here. I welded up a wood stove last fall and it helps, but I could burn all the wood I have in about three years. You can't drive hundreds of miles to get wood. I am going to try to make some pressed straw logs and see how they burn. I can get all the straw I want free. It should burn good, I just don't know how long.

I am trying to figure out what this means. Let me guess, you think high fuel prices are because of Putin? I would bet you voted for Branden too?

Dang Mike, I thought I got hammered! This isn't even funny anymore, they/we need to get this idiot out of office. You got that right! I was leaning to running the wood furnace all summer and never shutting it down. In real $$, the wood furnace has saved me $50,000+ in 18 years.
