This will make people think, oh he is helping us but it does not. The war on oil is the prize as the Dems push the green new deal making that industry so much money.

It's a ploy to move to mileage tax. But there will pro be a green vehicle discount to those with electric cars. Probably will want electronic trackers installed to keep up with mileage.
