My childhood friend in Va. Can see the James out his window and he doesnt fish it. Too many contaminents as far as he is concerned. LOL, I FISHED it, never ATE cats from there. Stripers, however....

The James is a long river in my mind @ least. It crosses a large swath of Virginia.

We don’t fish the James. We do fish the Potomac and do very well on Blue Cats. Anywhere below Fletchers Boat house in Dc they can be caught. The Potomac will save you a couple hours of travel. PM me if you need places to fish. Boat or Kayak Canoe.
