That's great, $11.30 you've gotta lot of hard work and brainpower put into it. My hats off to you sir.

Another update, got all the nailers for the roof and 3/4 of the tin on my roof, I had a friend give me some salvage tin that he didn't want, other wise new tin was going to be around $14 hundred I went with the salvage tin. Right now I'm in it at 85.00 other than gas and time.

This past week we had bad storms, blew trees, power lines poles, barns, sheds and windows winds were clocked at 114 mph. Didn't phase my little barn or the others I built. Sure tore the heck out ofour little town though.

I like it; functional and rustic at the same time.

I love that barn and all buildings built with logs. Wish I had easier access to more cedar. Couple hours drive to cut much. Mike

Bout the 4th pic looks like a 2x6,2x8 spanning how many feet?.

Rafters,snow load sitting on that?.

Aint talking "code" here but those top plates are only as strong as the fasteners that they are attached to the poles with!.

Glad your happy with your project Nate. I do love a do_it_yourself attitude/ ambition.

Hope for many years of service.
