The supreme court has no power to enforce anything. The president is the chief law enforcement officer of the nation. He can be impeached or not re-elected.

The only way forward right now is more lawsuits that rely on this recent ruling...AFTER someone has experienced "harm" from a "law" that is at odds with this ruling. It will be a never-ending process as long as Democrats exist.
