She tells me the bears like to den up under the drilling platforms and this Is causing bear problems with workers. So the collars their using give off a signal when they cross senors that surround the drilling rigs. So this will alert the workers there Is a bear In the area.

That is pretty country up there and plenty of bears Last time I was up there a sow a 2 cubs were hanging out ay pump station 2. They have no fear. Cant count the number of times we saw them snoozing right beside the road.

C'mon! Biologists here in MT say grizzly bears won't even go within 3/4ths of a mile of a road, even if it is a gated road without any traffic. Heck, even foot traffic by a human will scare them grizzlies north to Canada. Plese tell me what you said isn't true! That is the excuse for gating >90% of the roads in the Kootenai national forest. Please tell me the (federal) biologists don't have some other agenda and are using the grizzly bears as the pawn!
