Ok, do Pennsylvanians from the middle Mountain part of the State have some sort of a different accent , than the rest of the State ? Almost like a low, slow drawl to their voice when they talk .

no.

but we DO say "pop" instead of "soda".

we take more after the Pixburgh side of the state than the Philly side.

(originally FROM central PA)

btw...you might need to be more specific...the mountains run right down the middle of the state. are you talking northern tier, Altoona/Johnstown, or Bedford County environs?

One night while on a hunt in Colorado i noticed the lady cook we had leaning against the counter, just watching us and smiling. I asked...Whatcha doing there smiling like a Cheshire cat? She said she loved our accent and was just enjoying listening to us chat.

Never noticed anything myself.

Depends which side of the mountain you are on. If the left side, like white marlin said, they say pop. If on the right side, it is soda.

What do they call them in Altoona?

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

You better believe they do. It's not the words they use, it is the accent. I'm from there originally. I was watching the TV show Alone. The one contestant had an accent. I said to my wife, he is from Bedford, Blair or Cambria counties. South-central-Southwest PA in the upper Appalachians. Sure enough he was from Johnstown. Hard to describe the accent.

We in the northwest don't have no accents.

Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.

Or any verbs. If something needs done or needs washed then there's no need for there "to be".
