Its fun to run a boat up onto the "roils" (maybe past the signs ) and drop a 3-way swivel with about a 6 ounce weight and a floating rapala on about a 4 feet leader and see what happens... Hydropillar trapper H Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 2,798 South Dakota	2o ft dia tubes {penstocks} leding up yo turbunes... them silos are surge tanks when they shut down a turbine.... i painted the penstocks ib early 80s went from coal al tar epoxy toy vynyle .... was a insaine amount or efficiency gained !!
