I’ll tell you something too, the finest Quarter horses in the world are featured in this show. The line that saves the ranch is a real world class winner , Metallic Cat. a red roan , heavy set and syndicated for millions.

The cowboys and trainers featured are real . The series is an interesting mix of part real life and part show entertainment.

Much better than a lot of the crap available. I enjoy it, even in reruns. Looking forward to more in November.

I'm guessing all the cat towers have him a little concerned.

I think season 1 was the worst season, actually. It gets better and better every episode.

I'm with ya on the GOT comparison. GOT was my favorite series (unless you count the mini series Lonesome Dove) until I watched Yellowstone. Yellowstone is better than GOT in my opinion.

I keep hearing about this show.............but I've never seen it.

May watch it once just to see the ranch it's filmed on. My high school girlfriend (like about 40 years ago) and her husband own the Chief Joseph Ranch.

The reality is that half of the characters on that show would either be on death row or life in prison by now.

It's good entertainment. I don't watch hardly any TV but the wife talked me into watching Yellowstone. We watched an episode a night last winter. It stays good, I enjoyed all four seasons.

We also watched all of Game of Thrones sometime back (read the books by George R. R. Martin first). That was also good entertainment. I don't think the two shows can be compared though.

One question on Yellowstone, what happened to the helicopter? You never see it after Season One.

Eh...wot?

I thought the same thing when I seen the picture, and I saw the cat towers too. Looks like you have a couple packets of koolaid laying there to mix with the whiskey.

It's fiction, not a documentary.

Bought the wife seasons 1 through 4.
For an old curmudgeon, even I enjoy this series.
Anxiously awaiting season 5.

We've started to watch it a few times now, maybe 5 - 6 episodes so far. Seems pretty good, not addictive to me. Just don't spend that much time in front of the tube. I can see myself finishing it I guess.
