Their gun ownership rate is 0.6 guns per 100 people,compared to the US's rate of 120 guns per 100 people. There's incredibly extensive background checks to own a gun. You have to own a shotgun for 10 years before you can apply to own a rifle. You're only allowed to own a certain amount of ammo, and new ammo can only be purchased by trading in your old empty ammo casings. New magazines can only be purchased by trading in old magazines. Each prefecture is allowed to have 3 gun stores. Despite all that, abe. Was assassinated. The suspect used a homemade double barreled gun. There was reported a big cloud of smoke from the gun, so it was probably some homemade black powder used as the propellant.

Crickets....... 2 pipes mounted to a 2x4 home made black powder , this was a trip to the hardware store and some work to make what was basically a black powder double barrel 12ga he fired both barrels and dropped it , former PM was dead there is no keeping people from making these , period America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
