DaveP OP trapper D Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 5,011 MD	Saw a little water on basement floor. Next day, stuck a hose down where down spout enter rain leader. Front of house, water came out on other side of driveway. Dug that up a few years ago, and replaced a junction. Back of house, ran hose. Nothing. Rain it some more. Nothing. Eventually, water came up in middle of driveway.... Started digging. With a pick. Took WAY too many hours in 90F heat. Luckily, one of my sons did most of it, lol Hard driveway, drains been in there 38 years. Not a good piece left. Caved in/ split. Quality couplings too. You know all the little granules that slowly come off your shingles? Found them! Add a little dirt... Thought maybe a couple leaves were blocking things up. Hour job turned into a LONG day!

But I have seen at least one house where the carpenters were hand nailing trusses in place. I actually prefer hand nailing stuff. wanna be goat farmer.
