I use Walmart brand of Gold bond. Put it on every morning! Or I’m in trouble. But, when I do get heat rash. I don’t have blisters! The heat rash usually comes from wet clothes rubbing. My shirts don’t bother me. It’s usually from my waist down. I think it might be something else.

Best thing to do is carry elderberry leafs in pocket it will prevent rash due to heat

same shampoo for more than a decade

my diet being somewhat restricted is the same vegetables and meat over and over so I know the carbs in everything

I had the same break out on my chest last week which is odd because I run a chainsaw in the heat everyday . Little blisters in the center of my chest , under arms , and lower back . I was worried my rocky mountain spotted tick fever was back but it went away .
