good deal I need to pick up some more trap loads
my son has started shooting Tuesday night trap at the club , the retired guy who runs it opens the range at 3:30 so the first shift guys can shoot and bee home and in bed in time to wake up again at 0400
at 19 he can buy ammo , he can buy guns at normal stores ,but I have to buy the ammo at walmart because of their 21 store policy.
if f&f would have some loads at a decent price he would just buy them there, but they haven't had much in a while.

Thunder bolts!? Without a doubt the worst shooting 22ammo I've ever used. Love Remington rifles but won't use ANY rem brand ammo. Fiocchi is my choice apparently they work for Wolfie , I am with you thunderbolts didn't work well for me but I probably haven't bought any in 25 years either , CCI is my go to I did end up with some golden bullets during the last shortage and they worked well enough for dispatch for a few years the 10/22 actually ate them well.

Yeah I'm about to say I hear that from everyone but the last 5 500rd pack have been noting but amazing in my guns especially for the price. @25 if their not trying to print the same ragged hole I have no real use for them. Thunder bolts always did that for me. No clue why . Use the CCI standards now and the guns seem to like them about the same so what can a guy do. At least their always have the little 50rd pack in stock, so I just pick up one every time in in Walmart so I got a decent little supply

I had to go into Walmart yesterday and was shocked when I walked past the ammunition. First time I’ve seen it full in 2 years. I bought 3200 rounds of the Federal 22 that’s in your bottom pic.

CCI 1640 fps hollow point segmented bullet from a Ruger Single Six with a 6.5” barrel. Enough velocity for expansion and segmentation, but no exit. Very quick and positive results.
