Macthediver OP trapper Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 5,562 La Crosse, WI	Tis that time year to be out trolling for Salmon on big lake. My buddy took me to Port Washington back in early June. We caught a few fish but just didn't get things dial in. One thing we noticed was alot of boats were running orange dodgers. Of course we didn't have any like they were using. We did put some orange tape we had on couple of our dodgers. So as I do and have done in past. When I got home I made some more dodgers in orange. ( See below) We didn't get back to fish again since that first trip. So as I know from last year when we get back to lake Michigan again. Everyone will be running some other pattern of baits and flashers. Anyone want to share their favorite colors of flashers for trolling. We hoping to go again soon and I'm making a war chest of dodgers. Looking for basic color patterns to paint them. Last trip my buddies wife's uncle was with reeled this one in..
