Do a search for lumber on Craig's list. That's where all the backyard sawyers post. Call any of the guys with pics of rough sawn stuff, and they should be able to fix you up.
Question, though?:
Can you even turn freshly milled, high moisture stuff and expect the final product to be stable?

Actually, I am cutting a bunch of 3x3 black walnut. That and 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, up to the occasional 12/4. I was speculating the 3" stuff as table legs
I am getting forced off my property (OK, I admit, I'm selling out) due to development. I have 37 black walnut trees that I planted 33 years ago that I need to get cut and milled by June. By black walnut standards, these are babies. They range from 12-18 inches. some have burls and a lot have 'u" shaped crotches.
If you are serious, and can deal with freshly cut, wood; let me know what you need. There could be a deal in the making. Somewhere there is probably a sweet spot pricewise with shipping. Still, if I were you, I'd be checking with the local backyard sawyers.
Sorry, I have a Timberking®; but, probably makes lumber as well the the Woodmizer®

I got a small Woodmizer mill, but here in the mountains of Idaho I got no hardwood and it's a fair piece to get anything to NY from here.
