Yep Dave, Nick hasn't competed in a few years. Might as well say he's retired. He dropped to 280lb when he got married. To me he looks better (healthier) at that weight.

Marty trapper Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 21,052 North East Kansas	Hips/center of your body (glutes, hams, lower core, lower back, everything from mid thigh to belly button) is #1 to keep strong as you age, good strength there and your quality of life improves ..proper form on hip hinge lifts can yield very good results in those areas as well as full depth atg squats. Congrats on you competition, looks good. E 'Honey Badger Militia' Sleep, the anti woke adote.

Coach Chris is a 3 time national champion and the gym owner, the voice of the event, Todd, is a former coworker.
