Mud, drywall mud, wet cement or mortar. Touch me not is another name for jewel weed here. Clorox. Technu works for cleaning tools too. The Dr. shot cleans it in a day or two.
I've been spraying the plants with salt water and notice the deer eating it lol. Good deers.

Pure denatured alcohol will take the itch away for a little bit and help dry it up.

Spray? Or Scrub form Hopefully spray The stuff they gave us was the consistency of sun screen and was a tube. Get one one each. Hopefully the spray will stop the itching and then you can switch to the scrub form after it starts to heal. Be sure to put a shot of it in with the clothes you were wearing in the washing machine too.
I have nothing clever to put here.

It is an odd deal for sure. I have never gotten it and am exposed all the time. Just today was weed eating the stuff. Wife brushes it and gets it pretty good. Only shot/medicine will help her. The only time that my brother or I got it ( that I can remember ) is if we have an open cut. Even then it is only 2-3 small bumps. At least that is what I think it was. We have been in it up to our eye balls cutting firewood. My Dad used to tell stories about when he was a kid making wreaths out of it and wearing them on their heads and not getting it.

The worst part of summer for me is poison ivy. Just getting over my stint with it. For me, time is the only thing that gets rid of it. 10-14 days. Absolutely hate it! It’s every where here and my yard is bordered by it.
Cold as ice!

I've gotten poison ivy a lot as a kid. Tried many prescription remedy.
Best thing I've used is the juice from an Aloe Vera plant. Apply 2X. It works.
Of note , not a fan of home remedies. But it works and the swelling goes right down. Aloe
