Not sure, thought the wife and I did last summer. Had the runs for a couple days but no cold symptoms at all. She tested negative for antibodies when she went to the hospital for unrelated work.

Neither of us have been vaccinated and haven't worn a mask since it was required in some stores a couple years ago.

Maybe but could have been cold or flu. Never got tested but stayed home and away from people till I felt better. Got the vac about 6 months later when it came out. I see my elderly parents (80's) most every day and would not think of exposing them to risk.

No. A couple people who weren't vaccinated got it from our church. Instead of going to their general practitioner they went to a doctor who gave them Ivermectin and a Z pak. Within 48 hours all their symptoms were gone. I know of a husband and wife who live in Steamboat Springs had the same experience. Something smells rotten.

I have not taken the jab either and I'm in the high risk category.

No... The wife and I haven't got it but my daughter has had it 2-3 times. We wear N-95 masks and have been since the start of the pandemic while shopping. Our daughter doesn't she wears a cloth or paper mask.

How many of you that got COVID-19 were wearing the proper mask?

I worked with Hazardous Materials years ago and I'm a firm believer of using the right equipment for the job.

There are four routes of entry: 1. Inhalation is the most common route.

1. Inhalation
2. Absorption
3. Ingestion
4. Injection

I still don't believe the masks do anything to help "filter out" the virus. Isn't the virus smaller than what the N95 masks can filter?

I'm a firm believer in using masks for what they're designed and intended for, but I don't believe any of the common masks on the market do anything as far as preventing one from getting the coronavirus. I'd love to be proven wrong, with hard, non-biased facts!

The wife and I both got it once right away. Sick for 4-5 days, but not much more than a cold for us. She’s a nurse, gets exposed to it. Neither of us got the stab.

You can't be proven wrong. Wearing the same old mask for weeks on end sure caused some illness.

You'd cringe is you saw a new mask and one worn for a week under an electron microscope.

I probably had Covid in January. I went to a party, that a sick family attended. 4 days later I had a fever and felt off. I went to bed at 8:00pm and stayed in bed until 4:30pm the next day and felt better. Diane got sick a day later and was sick for 5 days. A friend, who was at the party too, got sick the same day I did and tested positive for Covid. I had 2 vaccinations and a booster.

Yes, full blown, during the first go-around.
I have never been vaccinated.
Since then I have deliberately exposed myself to people with the variants, I may have had a touch of the Delta for a day.
I think that is how nature intended things like this to work.

I dunno, I've not been vaxxed or tested. I haven't missed a day of work due to illness for the past 5+ years. Could have had it, I suppose. I've had the sniffles a time or two over the last 3years.

Pfizer 1&2 and 6 months later the whole family got covid for chirstmas and new years

your going to get it eventually or had it , unless you live without human contact

my 94 year old grandmother just had it in July

if you can smell the fart , how good is that mask working at stopping a virus

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I could say more than just conferm my thoughts on mask and shot effects vs risk. But nothing will change any minds folks are to dug in. So there is no reason for me to say a thing that will lead to eventually causing this thread to be nuked. It is enlightening to see peoples thoughts and views especially after time has shown many things we were told were false and out right lies.

2 vaccinations and booster.
Vaccination damaged my heart.
Omicron now for wife and I.
Went to hospital for test and got the germ.
Very sick.
Nearly died from congestion and inability to breathe.
Destruction to china for what they have caused.
