The Wisconsin Trapperman Feed is coming up on FRIDAY, SEPT 9th at our State convention in Marshfield and it’s time to get organized!

Below is posted the Master List and i will update it as we get commitments from everybody. Please post if you can bring food, beverages, etc and/or if you can help us in labor camp with cooking, serving or cleanup for the Feed on Friday or cleanup on Saturday. A couple hours of help will go along way and is a great opportunity to meet new friends!

Please do me a favor – when you post or PM that you can bring something, try to mention an approximate amount or number. That will help a lot with our planning.

I am re-posting this from last September to remind everyone that Alex the dog is stepping up to take over organizing and running the Trapperman Feed in Wisconsin...

You can't miss him, since he is about 7 feet tall (I exaggerate slightly), and he has been a great help at every event. I had him in mind from the beginning and I was really hoping he would be willing to take over for me, and I am so happy he agreed to do it.

I will be meeting with him and passing along my notes and supplies, etc. and Zim and I can help round up our usual crew to help out.

Thanks, Dave! I am glad the tradition can keep going!
Patrice

I would like to encourage everyone who usually contributes or brings food etc., to post right here for Dave so he can begin to check things off of his list. He will be monitoring your posts on this thread to see what's coming and what's needed!

Thanks, everyone and THANKS, DAVE!!!

Provided we don't have a hurricane hit or someone in the family die, I'll bring the two smoked salmon cheese balls with crackers.

Having a chance to eat some of Paul's smoked salmon cheese balls with crackers would almost be worth a trip to Wisconsin.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Hey, Dave!

We had our D9 Black Sheep meeting yesterday and you can add myself, Zim, Nute, Wayne (lurker) and Tommy (lurker) to the Labor Camp list. We have one more waiting to check his work schedule.
