I suppose it depends. For me, the first time I had it, it took about 3 weeks to get fully back to speed. The second time it only took about three days until I was running full-tilt boogie.
It's a good thing you're getting back on your feet and getting after it. But, know your body and don't overdo it. You don't want to weaken and come down with another something.

Had the bad symptoms mid January till end January. A little trouble breathing very, very deep for most of February. Then lack of energy and body/joint aches till July first. Now back to where I was for strength training and aerobic capacity training but I really ached getting here. Hopefully the aches are in the rear view mirror.

Get checked for walking pneumonia. I was the same as you except getting massive headaches after exertion. Turns out both my wife and I had walking pneumonia after Covid. Took a good 3-4 weeks to get back to “normal.”
But that was when it first came out. Don’t have a clue about the new strain.

how hard do you want to push?
your age , health , level of fitness , how hard did covid hit you all play a part
between a month and never but mostly around 1-3 months
I would say a good 2-3 months before I was fully back to normal energy , I also didn't train very hard or anything . I didn't go run on a tread mill or anything like that to try and build stamina faster. just did my normals stuff till I was tired and it got that I was getting closer and closer to normal every week
if you used to cut wood for 6 hours and now your at an hour 20 minutes keep at it and you probably pick up 10-20 minutes longer every week

My wife got hit a little over a week ago, really bad cough, fever, and loss of taste/smell. The doc put her on hydroxychloroquine and told me to start taking it as well. I got clobbered the first of the week but symptoms were comparatively light, bad headache, low fever, cough, and the squirts. Still have a bit of a cough but not bad. I’m just going stir crazy by not doing anything all week. Being 64 probably doesn’t help either. Wife is feeling a lot better, still has a cough and no taste.

I had covid when it first came out in September of 2020. Took a good 6 months to get most of my energy back. I'm still not sure it's all back. Good luck with your recovery.
57 years trapping. It's who I am. Every day is still as exciting as it was when I was a kid but a little more work.

I tested positive last Saturday. As of today my sore throat Is gone I'm still a bit congested. I never had the runs nor did I lose my sense of taste. Actually I have felt pretty good for the duration. But I don't want to go through those sore throat issues ever again. The wife also has It.

I had my second positive 6 days ago and feel pretty good. 54 years old and in good condition, walk/jog 3 miles 2-3x/week, weekends spent outdoors doing something. My older brother (56yo) who is in better shape than me was out for 3 weeks. I would guess alot depends on level of exposure and what variant.

Forever in debt to my Father who introduced me to trapping. May I be half the man he was.

Wife and I had it bad the end of Oct-Nov of 21. We were both down for 7 wks. Oxygen levels were down to 87- 90% . Had 104.5 temp for 5 days straight. Never went to the hospital. Seen to many go in, and not come out. Killed my Father who was living with us. 9 months later, Me, nor my wife, have our smell or taste back. Anything that has oil, grease in it, meat, coffee, butter, ect. to me, smells like oil based paint. If there is any kind of odor outside, no matter what it is, it smells like car exhaust. I sure missed the smell of honeysuckle this year turkey hunting. Energy levels come and go. Not quite sure if any of it will ever come back.
