Went to the local clam shack ….wife got fried Scallops and I got the fried clams …bellies and all…good stuff !

We had BBQ pig head and mac&cheese. Pig head is what I call them. In the store their called pork cutlets or pork temple meat. Browned up with your favorite coating and BBQ sauce on the top. Cheap eats at $3.50 a lb.
