Combines. Also love a hint of skunk odor in fall.

Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

Listened to a flock of canadian geese flying overhead today. That sure does it for me. (These ones are our local homeboys that don't migrate...but they still sound the same).
My fear of moving stairs is escalating!

Cottonwood leaves rustling in a breeze X2 Sundance. When I'm gone, the two things I'm going to miss the most (other then family and friends) are mornings and fall.

The sounds of the grain driers at the elevator running at night in my small hometown will put me out in seconds every time I am back.

Not sound, but the way the sun hits the ground. Hard to explain, but when the shadows get longer, and the greens start dying that gets me in the mood!

A couple of things, but they're not sounds. One is skunk musk. When they start moving more toward fall and you notice them getting hit on the road more, that smell means trapping season is coming. Huckleberry brush in August turning color in the high country. It has always signaled to me that another year has passed. Hmm, that happens here in February.
