My potatoes and onions are ready for harvest next week, when we get a streak of dry weather. I am planning on replacing them with spinach, an artesian lettuce blend and carrots. What other late season crops would you recommend for raised beds?

Keith

Maybe squash or cabbage.

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

We don't have enough growing season here to second-crop, but after harvesting early season beds, I seed them with clover as a cover crop. Works well for us.

SEveral leafy veggies are frost tolerant. We like collards.
