Any recommendations for a cell service booster, for driving around and Camping in the Mountains where service is very Spotty or non-existent ?

If you only need it for emergency, look into renting a satellite phone.

Go online and find out how to check your signal strength on your phone at that spot first to see if it will work

I have the Wilson Sleek, now the weBoost Drive Sleek. Thats the one I would get, but like previously said you wanna see what service you will get. With the Sleeks, your phone has to stay in the cradle to receive the boost. Hope it helps.
