Communicate as much as you can to keep the feeling of being connected and don't dwell on your losses. I lost my dad, my mom, my wife, my only sister, my cat and my job in a 5 year period. At the same time, my only 2 sons moved from my house to two different states. I have lived alone for the past 20 years but have moved on. Hang in there, it will all get better with time. I'm just happy to be here! Today I'm as young as I'll ever be and and older than I've ever been before!
