I like old ammo boxes with unique graphics or writing on them and have quite a few. It gives me something to dust in the winter.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Those red shells are actually 20ga.

I have a few old shotshell boxes too but they take up too much room to display so I never collected many. The prices are interesting.

They should have kept making them as they did not cause those birth defects and cancer and even Californistan folks where safe to use them.

You would think that I am a collector but I am not. I literally have hundreds of boxes of shotgun shells most were either bought at rummage sales or farm auctions. Some were given to me by people who didn’t know what to do with Them. I haven’t hunted with a newly purchased shotgun shell in 10 years although I have bought a few. The pic of the number 8 20 gauge is what I am currently dove hunting with probably have 500 boxes of old shotgun shells. I don’t think I paid more than three or four dollars a box for any of these.[Linked Image]

AS you can see from the photo above Winchester and Federal ruled the roost in my area. The lowest price tag I found on these was $1.97.

I remember the white Super X shells and most of the rest, but not the yellow Super X. Any idea what year those were made?
