I have not had fresh yellow fin tuna before but it was a mighty fine dinner. Add some fresh blanched garden green beans, home made tartar sauce and that made it all come together. I fished out of San Diego for yellowfin. Too much fun. I love the smell of burning spruce---I love the sound of a spring time goose---I love the feel of 40 below---from my trapline I will never go!

Another way I cooked my tuna was a chunk over briquette with a foil tent over it and the smoke from the juice smokes it that way. I am drooling just thinking about it!
