Lol lol lol But if I was going to buy I’d wait another 3 months. I don't want to be the new guy when lay off start. I do remember you saying Sept on houses. I think is just starting to slow and will fall much more into next year.

I'm retiring in less than 2 years and that will be my project IF lumber prices get anywhere the good ol' days. If not, I'll gladly stay where I am now. So......... where's the lumber market gonna be in 2 years if demand for housing (new an old) tanks as you are now seeing???? Trash your goals and plans for life. Just wing it and you'll never be let down!
