Yes Great hatch here. Looking forward to running them this winter. If I put rabbit eggs in the incubator, how many days till they hatch? Catchin’ Deers!!!!

See , I was thinking just the opposite. …… maybe predator numbers were down.

The hounds will be busy this fall and winter!

See , I was thinking just the opposite. …… maybe predator numbers were down. Predators are down on my farm. Figured since I just cleaned out one of the freezers and tossed a bunch of hides I had frozen may as well remove them from the property earlier. A pregnant Sal removed gets rid of several with less effort.. they end up in the same ditch in the spring or winter. Quail, turkey, and rabbits are nice and thick.

They go in cycles , same a grouse . About 7 years for it to complete. Predetors number goes up , grouse numbers goes down. Predetor number goes down, grouse numbers go up. Seems feral cats are the worst predetors in this area. They kill just to kill.
We have met the enemy and the enemy is us!
