Ridge Runner1960 OP trapper R Joined: Dec 2008 Posts: 3,903 eastern WV	are the hotw mushrooms that grow on the scarlet oaks the same as the different colored ones that grow on whiteoaks? I ask because the leaves if you can call them that appear to be thicker and a different texture, like maybe a bit slimeyer. the ones that grow on the whiteoaks are coming up now, the HOTW's that I am familure with are about 2 weeks out for this area.
