Well it looked to me like one of the orb weavers. But a crow ate it and it's gone now.

Advise I was given.

Solid black or solid brown legs are poisonous spiders.

Striped legs are non poisonous spiders. You don’t want to be bitten by either.

I find Black Widow spiders around my foundation, wood piles etc. We don’t have Brown Recluse spiders here, but they can hitchhike on outdoor Furnature as people move.
