Every kid needs a Dog and a Curmudgeon. Remember Bowe Bergdahl, the traitor. Beware! Jill Pudlewski, Ron Oates and Keven Begesse are liars and thiefs!

One thing I have noticed is that many times I’m awakened by the TV when a loud commercial or new show intro comes on. Lately I have been using the sleep timer set to turn off tv in 60/90 minutes. With the TV off after I’m asleep, I sleep way better and longer. Might give it a try BB. www.rtssetter.com

Bought a box of Sleepy Time Tea bags to try, gonna cool off Thrs, so I'll give it a shot. Now there's an idea, a stiff shot in the tea! LOL Every kid needs a Dog and a Curmudgeon.
