Wives aren't necessary. Girlfriends are a necessity. I will take my wife over any 5 to 10 girlfriends. Absolutely. I would hate to have to go through dating at this stage in life. I love the thought of having someone by my side through thick and thin and sickness and health. My wife has proven it and I'm a lucky man. We make a great team.

Is my married life the best out there, no...would I trade my wife for anyone else on the planet, absolutely not! We have our struggles, but we're in it to win it! I hope some of yous can find this peace someday.

That might be a bit too many. Yes. What can I say if your going to do something do it right. It's economics of scale. One good morning txt I'm thinking about you and your amazing eyes and smile can be sent to several so long as you dot add details like eye color in. So there will always be one available when the others are not. But any 10 could not hold a candle to my wife! Let me guess, your wife reads your posts? Not dogs in the house. No cats PERIOD. The occasional fowl makes its way in tho.

No my wife does not read my post. But I have failed as a husband in the past and had girlfriends and know from experience how shallow and meaningless that lust is vs the woman I have been through (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) with and been with v since I was 16. The grass is greener untill you get there.
She is the blessing and gift God made especially and specifically for me. Hopefully I can live up to be th man God made for her.

Some people say, my wife and I have had their ups and downs,,, etc... not us. We have been very happily married for over 1/2 of my life. All ups, no downs. We're more in love everyday. I feel sorry for people who can't have what we have. I could not be happier. We have a great son, top of his class, kind, friendly, good looking, hard working, etc... could not be more proud of him. He's never been one bit of trouble in 17 years. I like dogs but they don't hold a candle to a good wife.
Cute pup though Buzz. I miss seeing your posts.

The covenant of one man and one woman is perfectly designed and then you/me/us gets ahold of it and says how we's gonna run the show.
So we get all sorts of comments on what the covenant is/should be/will be/can be/can't be/maybe and in all of this one truth remains... The covenant of one man and one woman is perfectly and divinely designed and is the "One-flesh" blessing from God... in which some days are easier and some days not so much, but through it all comes relational and spiritual growth for both the man and the woman and their descendants. We pray.
And I sure like my dog whose name is Grace. Blessings! Mark

Tac those people don't have trained dogs. Just yuppie pets that are never trained.
After puppy stage they should never go in the house unless locked in and not let out well beyond how long you yourself could hold it.
Dogs are another wonderful gift from out creator. Don't let the yuppies that have no business having animals give you the wrong impression. No, if there is a dog in the house their body odor is noticable. Even with no pet accidents. When we get a vacuum repair from a house with a dog it smells bad of dog when you run it, even with a clean bag in it. Some dogs shed hair heavily, some leave body oil on the carpet and dirt sticks to it. Labs have a strong odor, almost every Yorkie pees on the floor, Weiner dogs aren't much better.

Not having a dog or cat I can tell knocking at your door by the smell if you have a dog or cat no matter how clean you keep your house. People with pets have gone nose blind to it.
Thanks for the "stirring the pot" post Buzzard lol
