I see a lot of guys looking for .410 ammo, Midway has some, pretty high priced but some 3" 7.5 and #9's currently available you wanna pay it... https://www.midwayusa.com/shotgun-a...er&Cartridge=410%20Bore&cid=9217

I'm still looking for a box or two of a very specific .44 mag ammo. (Sig Sauer 240 grain JHP) I've seen where it's been discontinued but if anyone could get me a line of some I'd be very grateful.

I wouldn't mind a 40rd box of White Box Winchester .45gr. .22-250 either, but I think it'll be available in stores at some point in the future before I really need it.

Anyone else looking for anything specific you can't seem to find in the way of loaded ammo? Maybe we could help someone out here.

I just need powder. Need Accurate 5744 a pound lasts me about 10 years. I only use it in my smokeless muzzle loader for deer. I still have enough for a couple more seasons but with the way tings are who knows how long it will take to find some.

I think that $2-3 per shot is going to be the new normal for most centerfire rifle ammo now.

I have nothing clever to put here.

I'm running low on .35 Remington, it's hard to find and stupid expensive when located.

I own a Marlin 336 chambered in that caliber. It was my dad's first rifle. He shot his first buck with it. I shot my first buck with it. my daughter shot her first buck with it. Now my granddaughter hunts with it. I'm always on the lookout for .35 Rem.

Eh...wot?

I thought all the 7mm/08 ammo was 139gr? I maybe thinking of another caliber though.

ADC I realize you are in Iowa but you might be able to locate some of the items you are looking for through Reddings Auction Service Gettysburg PA. They generally have several gun and gun related item auctions every month They have a couple in the months of Sept &Oct 2022 planned I know they are scheduled to have a gun smalls auction in Oct 2022 They have hundreds of ammo items listed It be a longshot but you might come across some of the things you are looking for with a little bit of research They have on line bidding and they ship whenever necesary.

Natchez Shooters Supply has a sale on the more common NATO rounds best prices I’ve seen in a long time on those rounds. They had pistol primers also, I believe someone was looking for them also.

Winchester has a rebate going on in addition to the sale check it out

Have to buy it when you see it. It's out there, just not inexpensive as it once was. Sarge

If it is really rare and hard to find, and you intend to keep it, best bet is to pick up some dies and start reloading for it. That is what I've done with a 6mm Rem. Only trick is to find the brass, and I already had some of that, saved from years of firing factory ammo thru it.

Neither one of those have ever been "readily available" at any sporting goods store.
