I like eggs poached the way gramma did. I still do it time to time. Bring water and cider vinegar to a boil in a sauce pan. Beak a couple three eggs into the water. Let em cook a bit but leave the yolk runny. Scoop the egg out with one of those big spoons with holes in it. Put the egg on buttered toast made with home made bread.

I make my poached eggs this exact same way but never used vinegar.

I make my poached eggs this exact same way but never used vinegar. The vinegar helps keep the whole egg together.Give it a try and you will see the difference. You only need about a teaspoon full,,and you can use white or applecider vinegar. Also,,making your own Hollandaise Sauce is very easy and delicious if you like Eggs Benedict.

... what in the jumped up (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) is that ? ... egg jello? Right. Why go through all that when you could have eggs over easy or scrabbled. People try to perfect things that are already perfected!

.. there’s only one way to eat eggs and that’s fried in bacon grease With a big side of home fries and half a pound of bacon. A couple pieces of buttered toast would be a great addition.
