When I started reloading 28 gauge I could find 410 and 20 gauge everywhere. Now its just the opposite and have to buy both online and can find plenty of 28 gauge. 35 Rem is very expensive now but luckily I have a few hundred cases and a few pounds of Lever Evolution powder. If there is a caliber you guys are very fond of I suggest getting a start learning some basic reloading for them. I load most of my ammo for hunting so stick to basic proven loads. Things are probably not going to get any better so I buy supplies as I find them as long as the price is not through the roof. I have found that a few calibers are all I have to have. 9MM, 357, 223, 243, 6.5 CM and 28 Gauge cover what I like to hunt and eat. Of course I have plenty of BP guns and supplies.

I haven't seen .30-06 on the shelves in a couple years. .308 makes up about 25-35% of the shelf space.

I have a handful of boxes of .30-06 so I don't need any, though I'm sure it's available online if you don't mind paying shipping. I've used ammoseek to find some shotgun shells, found some 12 GA #2 Hevi Hammer that were still cheaper with shipping than they were going for at Cabelas. Though at least they were on the shelf if a guy needed them in a pinch. Not the case with .30-06.

I've ordered .444 Marlin from them for a buddy and he is extremely happy with it.

I took a look at their site, they have quite a selection, and no "out of stock"signs.Refreshing.

Shooters World's Buffalo rifle duplicates 5744 according to data.....look it up online

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

I started stockpiling ammo before the Sandy Hook disaster. Got more ammo than I will ever use.
Still buy ammo anytime I can find it at a reasonable price.
I live in a dog hunting county . Have not seen 0O buck 3 inch magnums in 5 years.

I found 410 ammo today at the Walmart in Sheridan WY 17 bucks a box. They had Remington long range express in 6 shot and some federals in 8 shot.
There is almost no 20 ga. ammo anywhere in Sheridan or Billings MT. I looked hard in both places. Found a few game loads but never found a box of steel shot.

I can't believe that cop put me in the back seat when I clearly called shotgun.
