I am gleaning & processing old SOLID 2X4S 2X6 AND 2X8S

On the Ones I'm gleaning / some of them have spots or patches of white mold.

Do I need to spray those areas with a bleach water before stacking them WITH lath gaps this time?

I need them in a couple months to build a basement room.

Any knowledgeable help appreciated!!!

Hydrogen peroxide, white vinegar and baking soda will all kill white mold. If you were putting the boards somewhere dry the mold would die when the boards dry out. Since you're putting the boards in the basement, I would kill the mold.

If you plan on running them through a planer before use I would think that would take the mold layer off as well.

I have nothing clever to put here.

I have to use them as is. No planer

What's the ratio of that mixture...if you know it.

A 3% hydrogen peroxide solution will kill white mold.

A vinegar solution, with 4% acetic acid, will kill white mold except aspergillus.

1 teaspoon of baking solid, per 2 cups of water, will kill white mold too.

When the moisture is gone...so is the mold.

Baking soda, being a base, would neutralize the acetic acid in the vinegar, making the mixture of the two worthless.

Hydrogen peroxide is a weak acid and would not work with the baking soda well either.

I don't know if the vinegar and hydrogen peroxide would work well together.

Drying will kill the mold, but not the spores. Putting the wood in the basement, with viable spores on it, would likely just result in new mold forming quickly, since basements are prone to being damp, especially after heavy rains.
