There are lots of mushrooms that look similar to the one pictured.
Can't tell that easily, there are good books that will run you through a checklist of things in order to determine edibility.
Try the book "Mushrooms Demystified".

Local guy here............. THE definitive mushroom expert.........next thing to died. Massive liver damage. It was determined that he didn't actually EAT a bad mushroom. He ate a good one that had a bad one growing next to it and touching it.
