Just read an article about Polar bears and Brown bears crossbreeding. Said because of warming the Brown bears were going farther north than ever before. It said they had DNA test proving this.

Thatís part of evolution and has been since the creation. Itís why we have the wonderful diversity this planet gives us.
I think it should be celebrated.

Yup a semi rare event, but now there is DNA testing so some groups claim its new and scary. Since it couldn't be proven before they can claim it never happened before.

Life sure is tough when you don't learn from the mistakes of others.

Article from 2006 about a hunter who shot a grizz/polar hybrid. https://www.spokesman.com/stories/2006/may/12/hunter-kills-grizzly-polar-mix/

Seems to me there is hard data showing that the two groups (brown bears and polar bears ) split about 50,000 years ago. Gulo has a solid handle on that info I am certain
